What is WAGSTA's cancellation policy?

WAGSTA Wellness memberships (WAGSTA Active, WAGSTA Support, WAGSTA VIP) are purchased through monthly or annual subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your member account page at wagsta.dog/member

After canceling, you will be able to access member features until the end of your billing period.

At the end of the billing period your diet page will close.

For record of achievement we recommend downloading your WAGSTA report cards- issued at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months of dieting (Issued to WAGSTA Support and VIP members only.)

Refunds And Money Back Guarantee

WAGSTA provides a 30-day money back guarantee for WAGSTASupport members only.

This guarantee applies if you have actively followed your diet plan, completed the recommended weight and activity uploads and your dog does not lose weight within 30 days of activating your diet plan. To receive a refund please email billing@wagsta.dog
